Which plan suites for me?

For individual professionals, Solo is the right plan. If you want limited managers, groups, teams to access to GAIDOL then Pro is recommended. If you need a company-wide engagement, go for the Unlimited.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. All plans are refundable within 30 days of the initial purchase (cannot refund the renewal purchase), so give us a try and see how it goes. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.

If we upgrade the plan, how will that be billed?

We make a one-time, pro-rated charge to your credit card to cover any additional cost for the remainder of the current billing period.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes. Downgrading can be done during the middle of your billing cycle and the price will be pro-rated. Please note that refunds through your downgrade or cancellation out of the initial purchase period are not provided.

Can I integrate GAIDOL to my product?

Yes. Once you become an upgrade customers you get an API access with basic auth. Please reach us out for more details.
